By placing an order on online shop or over the telephone you agree to the following terms & conditions:

We try our best to reflect our products as accurately as possible. However, as all our products are handmade they may vary between batches there may be slight variations in colour, shape & packaging. All our fresh chocolates have a limited shelf life - please see individual products for more information on when they are best consumed by. We cannot guarantee that anything sold in our online shop is allergen free. Whilst we keep our website updated regularly we reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

All products displayed in our online shop are subject to stock. We will endeavor to contact you should an item you have ordered be out of stock. It is the responsibilty of all customers to check the contents of their shopping bag are correct before completing their order. We cannot compensate for any delivery delays that may occur because of mistakes made at the checkout.

All prices displayed include VAT & taxes where necessary. Prices do not include delivery costs which are calculated at the checkout.

Please make sure the e-mail address you provide to us is correct as all order confirmations are sent to that e-mail address. It is also your responsibility to provide us with correct billing and delivery details. Any incorrect information may delay your order.

All orders are packaged in a protective envelope or box. However, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused once the parcel has left us. Compensation for broken or damaged items must be claimed by the customer through the carrier service used for delivery. Any undelivered parcels must be persued through the service used to deliver them, except where a customer has provided incorrect delivery details. 

Please bear in mind that chocolate is a perishable item and must be stored and consumed according to the product information provided on the packaging.

Custom Orders & bulk orders: All orders are subject to stock availability. Full payment must be received before any order is despatched, unless your order is payment by invoice. You have up to 7 working days to cancel or ammend your order after payment has been taken. Unfortunately, after this time you may loose any money paid if you cancel your order. We cannot be responsible for any damage caused to items once they have left us. Refunds cannot be given on custom or bulk orders unless the items received are faulty (not including damage caused in transit). Special orders: orders where additional materials (molds, packaging etc) need to be sourced by Creighton’s Chocolaterie may incur additional costs. These costs are non-refundable and special order items are excluded from our cancellation policy. We are not responsible for third party supplier’s actions - we cannot guarantee specially ordered items. 

Creighton's Chocolaterie Ltd do not store any personal data or credit card details on our system other than what is required to process your order. All transactions are handled by WorldPay. We are a certified PCI compliant retailer.
