If you are not happy with the quality of your purchase you can return any items from our online store within 28 days of purchase. If a product is of inferior quality or does not meet your expectations we will refund the full amount, including the cost of postage to return the item to us. All returns need to be accompanied by proof of purchase and will be refunded via the original payment method.
We try our upmost to package your items in order to protect the delicate nature of chocolate. However, once the item has left us we cannot be held responsible for how the package is handled by the delivery service. In the rare circumstance that your items arrive damaged then please contact us.
If you have placed an order by mistake, or wish to add to or amend your order, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order confirmation.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on items where you have simply changed your mind.
